| EN > | Y.UNAN started sharing her favorite tunes with
audiences in 2004 at several alternative music venues of her home
town Istanbul. In 4-hour long sets of
heavily electronic music she was telling stories weaving different
genres. She worked as a resident DJ, art director and editor at
numerous venues in İstanbul. In 2008 she participated in Red Bull Music Academy in Barcelona. She performed in several clubs in Berlin. Gradually her sound shifted more towards dance music, mostly techno. Yeşim still keeps on spinning in many clubs collaborating with local and worldwide artists in Istanbul and compiles sets for radio shows. She designs music related promotional media for a living. Always happy to introduce decorations to venues. |
